1. Respect Discord TOS

By using PinPal, you agree to follow the official Discord Terms of Service. We expect all servers using our bot to maintain a safe and legal environment for their members.

2. Anti-Scam Measures

To protect users from scams and abuse, we reserve the right to enable an "About this Pin" button at any time. This button may be enabled globally or specifically in your server if we suspect the bot's system is being used to deceive others.

If you encounter a server using PinPal to facilitate scams, please join our support server to report the breach. We take these reports seriously and may take action against offending servers.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use PinPal for:

  • Distributing malware or phishing links.
  • Harassment or hate speech.
  • Circumventing Discord rate limits or API restrictions.
  • Any activity that violates local or international law.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, PinPal is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any messages missed or downtime experienced due to Discord API issues or technical maintenance.
