We chose Polar for billing. It's built for software and handles tax, receipts and invoices. Card payments run on Stripe. Your card details never reach PinPal.

Manage, switch or cancel your plan in the customer portal. Premium stays on until the end of what you've paid for.
Nothing held hostage
If Premium ends, nothing is deleted. Free features keep working and everything returns the moment you resubscribe.
How upgrading works
Run /premium
In the server you want to upgrade. You need the Manage Server permission.
Choose a plan
Click Upgrade this server and pick monthly, quarterly or yearly on Polar's checkout.
That's it
Premium switches on within about a minute of paying. Press I've paid, check again if you're impatient.
Questions about Premium
Is Premium per server or per account?
Per server. Upgrade a server once and everyone who manages pins there gets the Premium features. Someone with Manage Server starts the checkout with /premium in that server.
Who handles payments?
Polar, a merchant of record for software. Card payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment processors. PinPal never sees or stores your card details.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Any time, from the customer portal or the link in your Polar receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my pins if Premium ends?
Nothing is deleted. Pins keep posting their first message with free timing, and pins over the free limit pause. Everything comes back as it was if you subscribe again.
Can I get a refund?
We review refund requests fairly, for example for duplicate charges, billing mistakes or serious outages. Open a ticket in our Discord server, and see the refund policy for details.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Polar calculates any sales tax or VAT for your country at checkout, so the total you see there is what you pay.
Can I pay for more than one server?
Yes. Each server has its own subscription. Run /premium in each server you want to upgrade.
