Refund Policy

Fair and simple. If something went wrong with your purchase, tell us and we'll sort it out.

Need help with a charge? Open a ticket in our Discord support server with your receipt and server ID. It's the quickest way to reach us.

Cancelling

You can cancel PinPal Premium at any time in the customer portal or with the link in your Polar receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing in your server is deleted when it ends.

Cancelling doesn't automatically refund earlier payments. If you think one should be refunded, ask us below. Also, kicking the bot DOES NOT CANCEL a subscription - only the polar portal or staff can ever cancel oyur subscription.

When we give refunds

We look at every request individually. We'll refund, in full or in part, when for example:

  • You were charged twice for the same thing.
  • There was a billing mistake, like the wrong amount or a charge after you'd cancelled.
  • PinPal didn't work: a serious outage or bug stopped you getting the Premium features you paid for, and we couldn't fix it.
  • You bought it by accident and tell us promptly, ideally within 7 days, before really using Premium.
  • You upgraded the wrong server. Tell us and we'll help move it or refund it.

When we usually don't

  • For time already used on a subscription you forgot to cancel, beyond the most recent renewal.
  • Because the server wasn't using PinPal during a paid period.
  • When PinPal was restricted in a server for breaking our Terms of Service.

Even then, get in touch. If the situation is fair, we're happy to help.

How to request a refund

  1. Open a ticket in our Discord support server.
  2. Include the email on your receipt (or the receipt itself), the server ID, and what happened.
  3. We'll usually reply within a few days. Approved refunds are sent back through Polar to your original payment method; how long your bank takes to show it varies.

Can't use Discord? You can write to syntaxhq1@gmail.com instead.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. We can usually fix things faster, and chargebacks can lead to account blacklist, bans, and PinPal leaving any servers you own.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. Polar is the merchant of record for PinPal purchases, so its own refund and consumer terms apply alongside this policy.
